These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services offered by Snapnfit (the “Platform” and, together with the services made available via the Platform, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Platform or booking Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. About Snapnfit
Snapnfit is operated as a sole proprietorship registered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (office at Orchid Heaven, Applewoods Township, Shela, South Bopal, Ahmedabad – 380058) (“Snapnfit”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
2. Nature & Scope of Services
- Snapnfit connects trainees with independent fitness and wellness trainers (yoga, physiotherapy, strength training, Zumba, mobility, etc.).
 - Snapnfit facilitates bookings, communication, payments, and prepares Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service quality. Snapnfit performs onboarding and periodic quality checks in accordance with those SOPs.
 - Trainers are independent professionals who deliver the actual sessions and are not employees of Snapnfit. Trainers are expected to follow Snapnfit SOPs. Snapnfit monitors and enforces SOP compliance but does not guarantee specific fitness outcomes.
 
Note: SOPs are designed to standardize quality; however, results may vary by individual.
3. Account & Eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Bookings, Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Availability: All bookings are subject to trainer availability.
 - Rescheduling: Allowed only if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Requests after this window cannot be accommodated and the session will be treated as delivered.
 - Cancellations by Trainee: Bookings once confirmed are non-refundable except as specified under Section 5 (Refunds). Snapnfit does not offer membership pause/freezing at this stage.
 - Trainer Cancellations: Snapnfit will attempt to provide alternatives where trainers cancel, consistent with our SOPs and availability.
 
5. Payments, COD & Refunds
Payments may be made via UPI, bank transfer or other online modes listed on the Platform. Transaction records are maintained by Snapnfit.
- COD: Cash on Delivery is allowed only for single-session bookings. Multi-session packages must be prepaid.
 - Refunds: Refunds will be issued only where the trainer fails to show up (no-show) or the trainer cancels the session and Snapnfit cannot provide an acceptable replacement. No refunds are available for trainee cancellations or missed sessions by the trainee. Any refund will be limited to the payment received for the disputed session.
 
6. Trainer Relationship & Responsibilities
Trainers are independent contractors. Snapnfit conducts onboarding, issues SOPs, and performs quality monitoring. Trainers remain solely responsible for how they conduct each session in practice (subject to adherence to SOPs). Trainers must follow Snapnfit SOPs and local laws/regulations applicable to fitness professionals.
7. Health, Safety & Disclaimer
You must disclose any material health conditions to your trainer before participating in sessions. Trainees are expected to disclose necessary health information directly to trainers.
Snapnfit and trainers do not guarantee particular outcomes (weight loss, speed of recovery, etc.). Participation is at your own risk. Snapnfit is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health events arising from sessions except where caused by gross negligence by Snapnfit itself in relation to SOPs or onboarding.
8. User Conduct
Users and trainers must behave respectfully and professionally. Abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour may lead to suspension or termination of access.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapnfit’s liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the specific disputed session. Snapnfit is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in this clause shall exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, and IP are owned by Snapnfit or licensed to Snapnfit. You may not reproduce or use our IP except as expressly permitted.
11. Changes to Terms
Snapnfit may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after posting changes constitutes acceptance. We will display the “Last updated” date at the top.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved under Indian law and subject to the courts of India.
