1. Policy Statement
Snapnfit prohibits discrimination or refusal of service on the basis of religion, caste, race, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, sex, marital status, gender identity, age, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law.
2. Scope
- Who: All trainees and trainers using Snapnfit.
 - Where: All interactions that occur through or because of the Snapnfit Platform (bookings, in-person sessions, communications).
 
3. Safety for Women & Seniors
Snapnfit recognises that women and senior citizens may require extra safety considerations. Trainers are expected to follow safety practices in our SOPs, including identity verification during onboarding, maintaining session notes for accountability, and immediate reporting mechanisms for any safety concerns.
Trainees may request female trainers where available; Snapnfit will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
4. Reporting & Consequences
If you experience or observe discriminatory or unsafe behaviour, report it promptly to the Grievance Officer with booking details and a description of the incident.
- Snapnfit will investigate complaints in a timely manner.
 - We may suspend or remove users or trainers found to have violated this policy; in serious cases, Snapnfit will cooperate with law enforcement.
 
5. No Retaliation
Snapnfit will not tolerate retaliation against anyone reporting discrimination or safety concerns in good faith.
