Last updated:

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Snapnfit (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal data while you use the Platform and Services. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and use of information as described below.

2. What Data We Collect

At this stage we collect limited personal data necessary to deliver Services, namely:

  • Contact & identity: name, mobile number, email (when provided).
  • Transactional records: booking details, payment confirmations or UPI references. Snapnfit stores transactional logs to manage bookings and payments.
  • Communication records: messages or call logs if used for booking coordination (kept for service and quality reasons).

We do not collect health details (weight, BMI, medical history, etc.) at this MVP stage. If that changes in future we will update this Policy.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Creating and managing your account and bookings.
  • Communicating booking confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, and customer support.
  • Operational purposes: handling payments, refunds, complaints, and trainer allocation.
  • Improving service quality and enforcing SOPs.

4. Data Sharing

  • Trainers: contact and booking information necessary to deliver the session.
  • Service providers: payment processors, hosting/ops providers—limited to what is required to perform services.
  • Law enforcement: if required by applicable law or court order.

Snapnfit does not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Snapnfit is not using cookies or third-party tracking technologies at this stage.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain personal and transactional data as long as necessary to provide Services and to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. At MVP stage, data is retained to complete bookings, handle refunds/disputes, and for accounting recordkeeping.

You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing the Grievance Officer (see contact below). Retained records necessary for legal compliance or dispute resolution may persist as required by law.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Given current operational setup, we apply access controls and limit who can view data. However, no online system is completely risk-free; Snapnfit is not liable for breaches caused by third-party cyberattacks beyond reasonable control.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to the personal data Snapnfit holds about you, request corrections, or ask for deletion where applicable. Submit requests to the Grievance Officer (contact below). Snapnfit will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy; changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date.
